Find lesser-known treasures of California, such as San Diego and Palm Springs, while bundling up in the 70s. Every time I visit Texas in March I am shocked by the warm weather with both Austin and a remote desert in Big Bend reaching 80 degrees. The weather in Coastal Georgia is usually warm, and it usually has temperatures reaching 70 degrees. The Caribbean islands provide climatic conditions that are moderately warm with temperatures ranging from mid-80s throughout the year but more so during the period in question in the countries like the Bahamas, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic.
